Our owner is a licensed Q-grader, (as in, a coffee sommelier) who only buys coffees with exceptional character, unique or fun qualities, and/ or amazing freaking flavor. We believe there are a variety of coffee drinkers out there, and everyone deserves an amazing experience. From light to dark. Sweet to pure. You name it.

More importantly, how much do you LOVE your coffee? Our commitment to sourcing the top 1% of specialty coffees, our educational tools (page coming soon), blogs, and resources (as well as excellent roasting) will help you achieve the most sweet, balanced and memorable coffee.
Ethically Sourced
We buy from specific providers (aka brokers) with established personal relationships. Sometimes this is commonly know as “direct trade”. Sometimes, it’s just called “good business”. But, we trust these providers due to their upmost valor and professional ethic. Whether that’s on the C-market or not. We pay a premium because we purchase excellent quality coffee.
