Fall and Winter 2023-24: A synopsis

Hello and welcome,

We hope that you enjoy our coffees and find them distinctive, unique and optimally roasted. Let us describe and guide you in finding your perfect coffee and roast level :)

-El Salvador: purchased as a unique and quality single origin for 2023-2024 season. We loved the fruit forward and sweetness of this coffee and we’re shocked by the quality of the acidity. We hope that you enjoy this single-origin offering. Berries, clove and dark chocolate. Seasonal reserve micro lot. Lovely and new! Roast level: light+

-Ethiopia Kayon Mountain: This lovely coffee is layered, delicate and nuanced. However, its natural processing doesn’t go un-noticed. Medium and complex body, with a silky mouthfeel. Clean finish. Berries, honey, apple blossom. Our reserve coffee for the winter! We use this excellent coffee in our Quantum Espresso Blend. Roast level: light+

-Guatemala Atitlan San Pedro: Such a great, classic profile but modern coffee; ranging from barker’s chocolate to dark, then cocoa as it cools; moderate but intrinsic acidity; balanced; silky and creamy body. Roast level: medium

-Quantum Espresso Blend: Our espresso blend is super crowd-pleasing and approachable; milk chocolate and malt, layered with citric acidity that’s streamlined and works with the blend. Superb with milk and/ or as a filter “house” blend. Roast level: medium+

-Slipstream and Silicon: Complex and more “bold” (or, more solvent) option for the 2023-2024 Winter option. More developed roast to appeal to a more traditional palette. Roast level: medium +

-The Matrix: Our decaf is a lovely Swiss Water Decaf option from Peru. Roast level: light+
